Cleetus is built and operated by AdaptiveBase LLC (“we”). This notice covers cleetus.app, Cleetus accounts and Cleetus memberships.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and an account identifier, stored in Amazon Cognito. Passwords are handled by Cognito and are never visible to us.
• Membership: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and renewal date.
• Payments: card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Operations: limited request logs used to secure and run the service, kept for up to 30 days.

What we don’t collect

The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Your code, prompts and conversations in the Cleetus extension or IDE are not sent to us by the membership service; engines you connect process data under their own providers’ terms.

How we use it

To sign you in, verify your membership in the Cleetus IDE, bill your subscription, send account email such as verification codes, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Amazon Web Services hosts the service and sends account email. Stripe processes payments.

Your choices

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. To access or delete your account data, email support@adaptivebase.app.
